Feedback Terms and ConditionsFeedback provides an important forum for gathering information about a tradesmans work.Spanner-in-the-works invites feedback regarding tradesmen to be posted by members of the public. We welcome both positive and negative feedback as you feel applicable. Feedback posted should be honest and accurate. It will be considered an abuse of the system if found to be otherwise. The feedback forum is not a meduim for resolving disputes. Spanner-in-the-works will not assist in dispute resolution. However, if a tradesman receives higher than average negative feedback, this matter will be investigated and may result in the contractor being deleted from the spanner-in-the-works database. All feedback is read by spanner-in-the-works and must be aproved by spanner-in-the-works before it becomes available on the web. As such, providers of feedback are asked to give limited contact details in order for spanner-in-the-works to clarify any detail of the submitted feedback as necessary. Contact details of Feedback Providers will be held in a database of spanner-in-the-works and used to clarify queries only, as described above. Feedback will be held for a period of up to two years. Contact details of Feedback Providers will remain on the database an deleted simultaneously with the related feedback. Any users found to be abusing the feedback system will no longer be permitted to supply feedback to this website.
